It was great to read about your experiences and insights into our world of innkeeping. I'm looking forward to how you and the staff might help with some timing saving tools that we haven't thought to do. Another view is always helpful. Also, I hope your experience at the B&B will give you ideas to share with the staff on new types of vendors at the PAII conference (next year, of course, and in addition to the lint roller!). There are so many possibilities...appliances being one, satellite radio, furnishings, etc. etc. etc. And yes, Joyce is remarkable. She is a great credit to the profession. Jay: Good on ya’ mate!
